Pricing and Booking

Being a teacher for many years meant that we always had to take our holidays in school holidays. We were always dismayed that during school holidays the prices would increase by at least three times. Due to this we decided to price our villa at a flat rate so no matter when you book your holiday it is always the same price.

The cheapest way is to book directly through us. The rate for the entire villa is £250 per night for up to 6 people. This gives a weekly rate of £1,750. To make a booking we require a 10% deposit which you would lose if you cancel your booking, however any money paid before the balance due date and in addition to the deposit, is refundable. Balances are due one month prior to the check in date.  A full refund will be made if your holiday has to be cancelled due to government restrictions caused by Covid-19. As soon as you let us know that you want to book we will issue an invoice and explain the payment process.
If you are a returning guest then we do a deal whereby you'd pay the previous year's price and not the current.

Please check flights before booking and book flights as early as possible as flight prices Generally Tend To increase the nearer you get to your booking date.

Please note that for the 2026 season the booking period is from May 24th until 30th September.
Please note that the villa cannot be booked 24 hours before a check in and after a check out as we need time to get the villa ready for the next guests. 
Check in time is 3pm to 9pm
